Le présent amendement complète la norme homologuée NF U 42-001-1, d'octobre 2011 qui ne prévoit pas la mise sur le marché de solutions d'ammonium obtenues dans le cadre de la réutilisation de produits et de l'économie circulaire. Il permettra cet usage en autorisant l'utilisation en tant qu'engrais minéraux des solutions de sulfate, des solutions de nitrate d'ammonium et solutions de phosphate d'ammonium.
