Le présent document décrit une technique permettant la détection des anticorps neutralisant l'Herpesvirus bovin de type 1 (BoHV-1) responsable de la rhinotrachéite infectieuse bovine - vulvovaginite pustuleuse infectieuse (RIB-VPI ou IBR-IPV) dans le sérum ou d'autres fluides biologiques, des animaux de l'espèce bovine, par la méthode de neutralisation virale (courte (4 h à 6 h) ou longue 24 h) en culture cellulaire.
