La méthode proposée tient compte d'une part de la méthode CEE préconisée pour doser l'amidon dans les hydrolysats de protéines de soja et d'autre part de la méthode enzymatique décrite dans la norme actuelle NF V 03-606, qui sera donc remplacée. Étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un mode opératoire nouveau, combinant 2 méthodes existantes, la présente norme est publiée à titre expérimental pour 2 ans. Cette nouvelle méthode a toutefois été vérifiée par un circuit analytique français comprenant 5 laboratoires.
