Le présent document spécifie trois méthodes d'analyses (ionométrie, spectrophotométrie, chromatographie ionique) pour la détermination de la concentation en acide fluorhydrique gazeux et particulaire. Ces méthodes s'appliquent pour des effluents gazeux plus ou moins chargés en poussières et ayant des concentrations de HF variant entre 0,1 mg.m-3 et 600 mg.m-3.
