Le présent document prescrit une méthode qui permet de mesurer les effets combinés de la chaleur et de l'air sur un film mince de liant bitumineux en renouvellement permanent. Ces effets sont mesurés à partir du changement de masse de l'échantillon ou de l'évolution des caractéristiques des liants bitumineux. Cette méthode ne s'applique pas à certains liants modifiés ou dont la viscosité est trop élevée pour permettre un renouvellement du film.
