Le livre XI concerne les câbles de raccordement d'abonnés, remplis, destinés à être posés en pleine terre, renforcés mécaniquement, à une quarte. Il doit être utilisé conjointement avec la norme NF C 93-526 (spécification générique) dont la numérotation des paragraphes est la même.
