Ce document est applicable aux fertilisants UE classés comme PFC 3, PFC 4 et PFC 7 tant que la fonction principale du fertilisant UE est classée comme PFC 3 ou PFC 4, comme spécifié dans le règlement (UE) 2019/1009.
