Le présent document décrit une méthode de détermination de la quantité d'eau de gâchage susceptible de ressuer à la surface d'un échantillon de béton frais. La présente méthode est applicable aux bétons contenant des granulats dont la taille maximale ne dépasse pas 50 mm. Elle peut être réalisée en laboratoire et sur chantier.
