Le présent document décrit une méthode de détermination de la quantité d'eau susceptible d'être essorée pour un échantillon de béton frais soumis à une pression de 1 bar pendant une durée de 3 minutes 30 secondes. Cette méthode est applicable aux bétons contenant des granulats dont la taille maximale ne dépasse pas 22,4 mm. Elle peut être réalisée en laboratoire et sur chantier.
