Water quality - Sampling of aquatic macroinvertebrates in deep rivers and canals

Le présent document décrit un protocole de prélèvement des macro-invertébrés dans les cours d''eau profonds et les canaux, dont les substrats sont échantillonnés, dans les secteurs peu profonds, au moyen d''appareils de type Surber ou haveneau et, dans les secteurs profonds, au moyen de dragues. Un bateau est indispensable. Le principe est de réaliser 12 échantillons élémentaires, répartis dans trois groupes (appelés phases) de quatre substrats provenant des trois zones suivantes : la zone de berge, la zone intermédiaire et la zone profonde.
