Il s'agit de définir une méthodologie commune à tous les acteurs, permettant d'assurer qu'un niveau d'exigences minimum a été atteint à l'issue d'une prestation de retrait de MPCA de tout ou parties d'un immeuble bâti. Le présent document n'inclut pas la mission d'examen visuel des surfaces concernées par des travaux d'encapsulage.
