Le présent document prescrit une méthode de mesurage du pouvoir moussant d'un agent de surface et du pouvoir antimoussant d'un agent antimoussant. La mousse est obtenue par agitation mécanique à haute vitesse à l'un d'un agitateur à turbine. Le volume de mousse est mesuré au cours de son évolution durant 15 min pour déterminer le pouvoir moussant ou le pouvoir antimoussant.
