Il traite de la réalisation pratique d'échantillonnages ponctuels d'échantillon d'eau. Il ne traite pas de la conception des plans et campagne d'échantillonnage. Il est applicable à l'échantillonnage pour la recherche de Legionella spp et Legionella pneumophila dans tous les types d'eau.
