Le présent document fournit un ensemble de recommandations concernant les opérations d'échantillonnage d'eau en vue d'analyses physico-chimiques et microbiologiques dans le cadre de la recherche de Legionella dans les eaux. Il traite de la réalisation pratique d'échantillonnages ponctuels d'échantillon d'eau. Il ne traite pas de la conception des plans et campagne d'échantillonnage. Il est applicable à l'échantillonnage pour la recherche de Legionella spp et Legionella pneumophila dans tous les types d'eau.
