Le présent document propose les clauses techniques à insérer dans un marché de travaux d'isolation thermique des bâtiments frigorifiques et locaux à ambiance régulée destinés au travail ou au stockage des produits nécessitant la maîtrise de la température, de l'hygrométrie et éventuellement assujettis à des règles d'hygiène alimentaire. Il ne s'applique pas aux enceintes d'essais climatiques, aux tunnels de congélation, aux cellules de congélation ou de réfrigération rapide et à l'entreposage de produits secs non soumis à des températures régulées ou à des règles d'hygiène alimentaire.
