Le présent document décrit une méthode de mesure de transfert des constituants antimicrobiens du papier et du carton en contact avec les aliments. L'essai est réalisé à l'aide d'une bactérie (Bacillus suptilis) et d'un champignon (Aspergillus niger). Le transfert d'agents antimicrobiens est déterminé par la mesure de la zone d'inhibition autour de l'éprouvette de carton ou de papier après une durée spécifiée.
