Le présent document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive n° 96/48/CE du 23/07/1996 relative à l'interopérabilité du système ferroviaire transeuropéen à grande vitesse HSR, de la Directive n° 2001/16/CE du 19/03/2001 relative à l'interopérabilité du système ferroviaire transeuropéen conventionnel et de la Directive n° 2008/57/CE du 01/07/2008 relative à l'intéropérabilité du système ferroviaire au sein de la Communauté - (refonte).
