Ce document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive relative aux dispositifs médicaux n° 93/42/CEE du 14/06/1993 modifiée par 98/79/CE du 27/10/1998, par 2000/70/CE du 16/11/2000 et par 2001/104/CE du 7/12/2001 et de la Directive concernant "les équipements hertziens et les équipements terminaux de télécommunications" n° 1999/5/CE du 9/03/1999.
