Le présent document est applicable aux matériels de connexion de transfert (TSE) destinés à être utilisés dans des systèmes de puissance, avec interruption de l'alimentation de la charge pendant le transfert, dont la tension assignée ne dépasse pas 1 000 V en courant alternatif ou 1 500 V en courant continu. Ce document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive Basse Tension n° 73/23/CEE du 19/02/1973 modifiée par 93/68/CEE du 22/07/1993 et de la Directive " Compatibilité Electromagnétique " n° 89/336/CEE du 03/05/1989 modifiée par 92/31/CEE du 28/04/1992 et par 93/68/CEE du 22/07/1993.
