Le présent document présente une méthode de détermination du pH à l'aide d'une électrode en verre dans une suspension de boue, de bio-déchet traité ou de sol dilué à 1:5 (fraction volumique) dans de l'eau (pH-H2O) ou dans une solution de chlorure de calcium à 0,01 mol/l (pH-CaCl2). Il s'applique aux échantillons de boue, de bio-déchet traité ou de sol frais ou séchés à l'air.
