NF EN ISO 11111

Le présent document spécifie les prescriptions de conception, les mesures de protection et les informations pour l'utilisation du matériel textile (machines et installations) afin de répondre aux exigences de sécurité de la Directive Machines 98/37/CE. Il fait partie d'une série de normes relatives à la sécurité des machines utilisées dans l'industrie textile et traite des exigences de sécurité communes à l'ensemble des machines du domaine.

ISO 11111-2:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for spinning preparatory and spinning machinery. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used for the opening, cleaning, blending, wool scouring, baling, carding, tow cutting and stretch breaking, spinning preparation subsequent to carding and spinning.

ISO 11111-3:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, ISO 11111-2, ISO 11111-6 and ISO 11111-7, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for nonwoven machinery. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used for opening, cleaning, blending, carding, needle punching, cylinder drying, and batching.

ISO 11111-4:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for yarn processing, cordage and rope manufacturing machinery. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used for the doubling, twisting, texturing, reeling, winding, ball winding, cordage, rope manufacturing and braiding.

ISO 11111-5:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for preparatory machinery to weaving and knitting. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used for the warping, beaming, sizing, size preparation and storage of warp and cloth beams.

ISO 11111-6:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for fabric manufacturing machinery. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used for weaving, knitting and tufting.

ISO 11111-7:2005, taken together with ISO 11111-1, specifies significant hazards and corresponding safety requirements and/or measures for dyeing and finishing machinery. It is applicable to all machinery, plant and related equipment intended to be used in preparation, dyeing, printing, fixation, wetting, drying, finishing and making-up/presentation.
