La présente norme européenne expose les conditions techniques de livraison concernant les produits suivants : demi-produits transformés à chaud, par exemple : blooms, billettes, brames ; barres ; fils-machine; larges-plats, plaques quarto ; tôles/feuilles et bandes laminées à chaud ; pièces forgées par martelage ou estampage ; fabriqués en aciers non alliés ou alliés pour cémentation et énumérés dans le Tableau 3 ; ils sont fournis dans l'un des états de traitement thermique indiqués pour les différents types de produits aux lignes 1 à 7 du Tableau 1 et dans l'un des états de surface mentionnés au Tableau 2.
