Elle permet d'évaluer la qualité des opérations technologiques du raffinage en particulier le degré d'élimination du solvant utilisé.Le présent document comprend également un amendement incluant les résultats d'un essai interlaboratoires international sur des échantillons d'huile de tournesol et de soja.
